Update: Our Learn to Kayak class scheduled for Saturday has been canceled because of low registration (3 people) and expected cool, wet weather. We will be offering a mini class before our Thursday Moonlight Paddle at 5:45. Please send an email to paddling@keepersoftheshiawassee.org if you will be taking part and if you will need a kayak
For the moonlight paddle, arrive in time to have everyone in the water with paddle wet by 6:30pm. We will meet at the boat launch on Big Seven Lake to to paddle this beautiful non-motorized lake. As always you must have and WEAR a properly fitting PFD in order to participate. Sunset is at 9:03. We should be off the water before that time but bring lights for your boat just in case. Moonrise will be at 7pm.
After the paddle we hope you will join us at Red Devil in Holly for fellowship and food!
Paddle more, worry less!!!
